The purpose of processing your personal information is to maintain a customer or partner relationship between you or your employer and AVK.     • address of the company
    • phone number

The register records only personal data necessary to accomplish the above described uses.

AVK does not, in principle, disclose information to third parties without the consent of the data subject.

AVK does not, in principle, disclose or transfer information outside the EU or EEA to third parties. In customer service communications, asiakaspalvelu@avk.fi and reklamaatiot@avk.fi in emails and in instant messaging, information can be transferred outside the EU to the service provider's servers. 2. Use of data
AVK handles recorded video surveillance records according to the conditions described in this privacy statement for the following purposes:

     Ensuring the personal safety of AVK personnel, customers and other persons in the premises and AVK;
     Protection of AVK's and AVK's customers' assets; mixed
     preventing and detecting situations that jeopardize the safety of facilities and territories or the assets that are in their possession.

AVK deals with camera surveillance records based on AVK's legitimate interest based on AVK's right to protect its property and to secure the security of its customers and staff, and to prevent and investigate incidents, crimes and misconduct.
